Is there any way to switch to a 24 hour clock on the forum?

go into Modify Profile ~> Look and Layout

Time Format has a scroll box of options, currently set to forum default

scroll down to select 24 hr

Boom solved.

Edit: I forgot to add, though it should be obvious, remember to save changes.
