BRIDGE - SCIENCE STATION ONE
"Aye Commander," Inzjana stated turning back to the user interface.
Inzjana programmed in a high frequency jamming pulse and initiated it, sending the pulse out through the main deflector dishes of all three segments of the Discovery.
"Done commander," she stated.
"That is what the sensors are telling me," Inzjana answered, much more in control than she was a little earlier.
"Ignore the sensors, they're unreliable. Look at the viewer... the only thing out there is a massive creature." he said, gesturing to the viewscreen as their angle brought the shrouded mass into clarity. It looked like a giant whale with more fins than normal, floating in space. Or rather moving in space.

The Vulcan neck pinch seemed to have no affect on the liberated borg, who twisted away before she could apply maximum pressure. T'Ra did not get a chance to try again, a phaser blast suddenly shooting in her general direction. Thankfully, Ardy wasn't just a good pilot but a crack shot to boot. "Well done, Miss Jaeger," T'Ra offered, a brow arched in appreciation, grateful that the young flight lieutenant had managed to avoid hitting her in the process.
In the brief moment that T'Ra had been occupied with EQ and Ardy, the rest of the bridge seemed to have dove straight into battle. "Excellent," she said in response to the status update. Engine control was of paramount importance. "How are our comm systems? Are we able to communicate with the opposing force?"
"Comms are up m'am... but they aren't responding. I think they get the message." he said, as the ship disabled the second ship's weapons and defensive systems. As the shooting stopped from the second ship, more controls were released, including the command codes. Nevir took the opportunity to disable the MVA, slowing the ship to a stop while the three segments came back together.
"The other two ships have gone to warp.... they're out of there." he said, looking down at the Captain. The viewer was showing the massive creature moving off away from them.
"Inzjana, do another scan... I think that Borg signature won't be there anymore." he said, taking a breath as the computer chirped.

Captain Jones
Captain Jones, thank you.
Captain Jones, all systems are normal. A spacial disturbance ruptured in front of the creature, and what looked like a small wormhole opened up. The creature when to it and allowed itself to be sucked through the hole before it closed, leaving the Discovery alone near a nebula.
"Amazing...."
