Ops, Engineers, Technicians? Some of your NPCs? I should've explained it better in my previous post (my bad, sorry), does my most recent one clear it up a bit?

FYI T'Ra, sorry when I said 3 light-minutes I suggested the distance: 3 light-minutes equals 54,000,000 km. But 3 minutes out from warp is cool too.

Um would someone else mind talking for the NPC Lieutenant Johan Spielenberg with the commander, because I'm tempted to have him hand in his resignation or have himself arrested for beating the crap out of his boss or something along those lines. I don't think I could control myself, after all, Inzjana is next in line.

Oh and thought I better explain that "Hazard Level 2". Stole that from my fave game series Mass Effect. But this being a class M planet, the air is breathable but the surface conditions are inhospitable - in this case radioactive. I thought we could have the population living underground in secure bunkers or something like that anyway.
