There is at least one instance of the warp core being turned off... VOY's Haunting on Deck 12.

It takes a while to start back up if I recall correctly.

Alright, all. We should be wrapping up in a day or so. Feel free to use a time jump to accomplish any goals you have in mind, such as turning the warp core off (we can always get it restarted in the next mission or in between missions). :)
