I'm heading back to work, but later I should be able to post. We can add the K'tomoc to the list of ships that can help. Also, somebody should be out in the Gibson too.

I was thinking...Romulans are arrogant. Perhaps she just DOES it and this causes some friction between her and the captain?

She's not stupid though and that would effect her promotions. She'll ask permission first, or at least recommend that someone take the ship out for extra help.
