[spoiler]A Note about size: A visual inspection of images of the Saber, and MSD depictions of the Saber, suggests that it has no more than 10.5 decks if we are generous.  If we account for the fact that decks are unlikely to exceed 3 meters in height, including between-deck crawlspaces, then we are left with a vessel that can be no more than 30 meters deep.  Once we make this calculation of depth, we can proceed to the Drex Files 5 view depiction of the vessel, and calculate other dimensions as ratios of this accepted depth.  We thus find that the Saber is a quite diminutive ship in contrast to most fan conjecture about her size.  She is comparable in length to the Defiant, being only slightly longer, but enjoying more depth due to the blended 'secondary hull' which the Defiant lacks.  From the Drex Files depictions, we can see that she is just barely wider than she is long.  With such ratios established, this author calculated the final figures of 124 meters long, 126 meters wide, and 30 meters deep with 10 decks.   Cheers!  A. (Updated Addition 2: The shuttle bay doors have been widened to accommodate Cobra fighters, and four fighters are routinely stationed aboard, using an auxiliary bay occupying the engineering hull, where the warp core had been removed.  These four fighters are dubbed 'Green Flight' by Katra Station's Flight Control.)

Note: There is only room for 1 shuttle per shuttle bay at any given time.  One shuttle can be pulled back into an internal shuttle maintenance bay when not in use.  Workbees are lifted to storage shelves until needed, leaving the maintenance bay floor available for shuttle storage or repair.

Additional Notes:  During the Dosi conflict, when the Kir'Shara rammed a Dosi cruiser and then crash-landed on Meridian, the vessel was in ruins.  However, enough surviving material existed that could be converted into a ground installation, allowing Starfleet to have a defense outpost on the planet's surface.  The rebuilding of the ship's twisted remains into a ground outpost was dubbed Project Fal-Tor-Pan, and took two months to complete.

Now a team of about 40 security personnel operate from the Kir'Shara outpost, under subordinate command from Katra Station in orbit.  The dorsal phaser arrays have been retained to act in an interception mode, to stop any attacking craft and intercede to detonate incoming missiles.  All other weapons were removed from the installation.
