We came upon files pertaining to a brainwashing device, schematics below

We have not yet located the actual device.

We are under the impression that electrical impulses are used to hypnotically influence the wearer.  FILE LEY 002XVAU121177 outlines the information gleaned from successfully reversing the effects when the device was used on Admiral Torngate. (CLASSIFIED)

Device is suspected to have been used in turning several high ranking officers and 100s of cadets.
