Anti-Gravity - Claimed
« on: December 30, 2016, 07:55:45 pm »
Mission Title: Anti-Gravity
Synopsis: While traveling through an area of space known to be frequented by pirates, the [insert ship name here] gets hit by a rather large asteroid (or something else. I'm open to suggestions.) And is severely damaged, to the point of being unable to move. To complicate matters, the instruments that controlled the gravity onboard ship is now damaged beyond repair, causing everyone to float around in zero gravity. So for the time being, the [insert ship name here] is a sitting duck in pirate-infested space.

Starting Point: the[insert ship name here] is traveling through space known to be frequented to pirates in order to check up on a civilization on the planet Tanis VI (I don't know if that's a canon planet or not. Just go with it.)
End Goal: defeat the pirates and repair the ship as best as possible and return to a safe planet to make repairs
Story points that must be passed?:
1) Ship gets hit by asteroid
2) Everything is floating around.
3) Engineering report – bad news, ship can't warp out
4) Sensors indicate a ship passing by - pirates.
5) Pirates board [insert ship name here]. Main priorities: Keep them out of Engineering's way so that the ship can be repaired ASAP.
6) Fight pirates.
7) Drive away/arrest remaining pirates.
8 ) Engineering finally fixes engines enough to get out of area
9) Return to friendly planet.

Departments: (To make sure everyone has something to do.)
- Flight: Pilot ship, assist in engineering, fighting pirates.
- Engineering: Fix the engine, gravity controllers, all the while floating in zero gravity.
- Operations:  Try to make contact with Pirates. Assist Security, Engineering if possible.
- Security and tactical: Fight pirates and make sure ship is secure.
- Medical: Heal the injured.(It's a zero-grav environment. There's bound to be a couple concussions, not to mention injuries sustained by battling pirates. )
- Science: Assist in engineering if possible, scan external surroundings for intruders, fight pirates, help flight crew maneuver ship.
