a Stargate: Atlantis forum based role playing game (RPG), set during the current season of the TV show. SG-A is a welcoming community of dedicated players, who take on the roles of various Atlantis team members, both canon and non-canon, and enjoy a diverse range of missions set in the Stargate universe.

Under General Chris Newberry's leadership the Atlantis expedition venture out into the Pegasus galaxy, in search of new technology and knowledge that will aid them in their fight against the Wraith. With Atlantis's full technological power at their disposal it should be a simple task, but the Wraith have something that the Humans don't - numbers, and the instinct to feed.

SG-Atlantis is a forum based RPG with several boards depicting various places in the Stargate: Atlantis universe. Under each board are sub-boards showing the places within that location. For example, there is a board entitled 'Atlantis', and within this board are the sub-boards 'Control Room' and 'Puddle Jumper Bay'.

SG-Atlantis aims to be a place where like-minded Stargate fans can come together and enjoy themselves. Therefore, every effort is taken to make sure that this is true. If there is a problem with one of the members which cannot be solved reasonably, the member in question will be given a warning before being suspended. At SG-Atlantis we want everyone to have a good time.
