Damn... Rayek got a promotion?  Sweet!  Here I thought he was gonna get a reprimand for pulling a phaser on the Ensign and man-handling the Lieutenant.

Congrats to Rhymus on making Chief Petty.  Congrats to you too Bonnie on making Chief of Science.

And though I've already said this 'Welcome Silas!' ..and Albus too if he's finally on the books.
