Early life

Evan was the firstborn child of Ada and Henrik Buehler in the small town of Stevenson, Washington. At the age of two, his little brother Georg was born. The two spent much of their childhood running through the woods, catching fish and dissecting frogs. Even at a young age, Evan was curious about how the body worked, excelling in the subject in his later school years.

Starfleet career

Evan quickly accepted into the academy to study medicine after graduating high school. He had already been studying for two years when he met a curious Human/Vulcan hybrid in one of his medical courses. She was no medical student but rather a science cadet taking the class as an extension course. T'Ra was intuitive, logical, like many of the other Vulcans at the school. But there was something different about her, her way of thinking was extraordinary. They ended up spending a lot of time together studying for the classes they had in common.

When the two graduated, they were posted to different ships. Evan went to USS Jamestown and T'Ra to the USS Churchill. Evan spent several years on the Jamestown before being transferred to the USS Roosevelt. But when T'Ra made admiral, requesting that he join her on Starbase Edmund as her personal aide, he jumped at the chance. There he stayed until T'Ra was accepted a post on the USS Shran, and he was adamant that he be transferred too.
