Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have three announcements to make.

First, I would like to welcome William Waring back to the Shran.  He will be taking over our awesome Ops Deparment and he will be returning to his rank of Lt. Commander.  Welcome Back, Will!

Second, Effective Immediately, K-5 from security, is promoted to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class, with all rights privileges and responsibilities.  She has been a wonderful addition to the crew and she has delivered an awesome character.  Her participation has been awesome.  Congratulations!

Third, Effective Immediately, Doctor Amynta Lianez, is promoted to the rank of Luitenant, (J.g.), with all rights privileges and responsibilities.  She has been uber active she has shown amazing RP skills and has been a great addition to the crew. Congratulations!

Everyone please welcome Ensign Vance "Axe" Axelrod to the USS Shran. He'll be joining us as an Engineering Officer.

For those playing the home game, Axe was recently with us playing Kira Wyman. Kira/Axe said they'd be back and here we are!

On that note, for those of you who don't already know, I will be transferring to the Disco at the start of December to take over the CO spot and give them a hand. I've greatly enjoyed being on the Shran and feel honoured to have worked with such fantastic writers. But don't fret, like Kira/Axe, I do plan on being back in some form or fashion.
