Fleeters,

We have two new characters joining the fleet today.

Galen Taryn is a new Operations Officer.
He is a hybrid Bajoran/Human.

Sevoc is a new Science Officer.
He is a hybrid Vulcan/Andorian.

Both have been assigned to Starbase Columbus.

Please help me give both new characters a warm Shadow Fleet welcome!
