Fleeters,

Almost two months ago, we launched the Tempest on her maiden voyage.

Over that time, the SIMM has done exceedingly well.

I attribute this success largely due to the hard work of Julia Rellek and William Warning, the ships CO and XO respectively.

As such, I am promoting both of them at this time.  A full month early to be honest.  But they both deserve it.

So please help me congratulate Captain Rellek and Commander Warning on a fine job as well as their promotions!
