As of 7th January, 2391, Fleet Admiral Reece Thompson is to be removed from the command as Shadow Fleet FCO. These orders are effective immediately with said loss of rank of Fleet Admiral. Due to inactivity of late in the fleet along with failure to perform the standard duties entitled to being Fleet Commander Officer.

Due to Admiral John Brown performing the duties normal to Fleet XO and also covering the duties of Fleet Commanding Officer, I am elevating him in billet only to the position of Fleet Commanding Officer, effective immediately. Currently no rank change will occur for the for seeable future.
