It has come to the attention of the command staff that 2nd Lt. Nikolai Nechayev has been acting inappropriately toward other members and during missions. As a result, the Admin staff have convened a hearing to get to the bottom of this.

Anyone who has witnessed him behaving in an inappropriate way, or supports his conduct within the fleet, should contact one of the admins, who will give you access to the hearing in order to voice your thoughts.

Do not bother sending a message just so you can see what is happening. If you are granted access, the hearing shall remain confidential and shall not be discussed with anyone not involved in the proceedings. Failure to comply with this rule will result in punishment.
