I have noticed an inherent lack of sticking to the appropriate LoA request forms when filing for LoA. The forms are there for a reason and should be used. They enable the command staff to gain all the information required from you and also help us to keep things consisent across the site.

Anyone filing an incorrect LoA will have their request rejected and asked to file it using the correct form. If the correct form is not filed after this, you will be considered to be Absent Without Leave and suspended from the site.

This is your only warning on the matter. Stick to the correct form!
