Raised Spirits [Caleb and Catrin Only]

[Caleb Brighton]

Recap:  During one of the timeloops when the Athena visited a supernova, Jenna visited Caleb in sickbay. Up until then, She had only visited him alone. It was an unknowing Catrin that walked in while Caleb was conversing with Jenna.

[ Medical Bay ]

Caleb looked through Jenna with wide eyes. Jenna immediately knew something was up and vanished. "Please let Catnip not have seen her. Oh god! I do not want to end up in some asylum... what about Buddy? What about Kayla?" Caleb thought as the onset panic began to set in. Maybe it wasn't going to be so bad, but the look Catrin gave Caleb, was one that left him shaking in his boots. Caleb feared few things in life, but a ticked off Catrin who was also his superior was one of those things.

Caleb went through multiple different scenarios in his head. It was rare he would feel an onset of panic like this, but the anxiety decided to rear its ugly head right then. He took care to watch his breathing and make sure to not look too suspicious. He wasn't in a fight or flight situation, but he felt oddly cornered without many options there. He took another deep breath and face the music.
