Changes on the Shran and the Columbus

Fleet Members,

I am sure some of you are aware by now, other members might not be aware.  But in the background, there has been some changes that we hope is for the best.  I wanted to take a second deal with all the announcements once in time as they are all critical.

First, I wanted to take a second and thank Naira, for her job as an Administrator on the site.  She has decided to stop down as her role as an Administrator of the site.  I am sure not a lot of people know this but being an Administrator is one of the most behind the scenes jobs on the site. There is a lot of conversations and things that most players are not aware of.  I wanted to say thank you Naira.  I am sure, in the coming future, we will be addressing them.

Second, we had a lot of the CLO's that wished to leave the site.  I wanted to take a moment and also thank them for their service.  From the Shran both Aryn and Felicity have decided to reserve their characters.  I wanted to let them know that they are always welcomed in the fleet.  We also love and appreciate everything that they have done for us as a community.  Even, if they depart they are always members of our Community.

I also wanted to let you know that Will from the Challenger, is also stepping away from the site.  He is also a member of our community and we want to also thank him for his services as a long-standing player and CLO.

Third, because of the departures of those players, two Simms were adversely affected. Both the Columbus and the Shran.  In order to deal with the situation, the Fleet has decided to merge both simms together.  This decision was not made lightly and I am sad to announce such a decision as I wished to have as many simms as possible. However, we think that this decision is better for both the players and the fleet as a whole.

I had been gone a couple of days and upon my return, was very shocked by all the departures. I wish them all the best and hope to see them back some day. I too would like to thank them for all their contributions. Also, thank you to Naira for all you've done as well.

I'm sure it was a hard decision to merge the 2 SIMMS but the show must go on as they say. If there's any way I can help with anything, just let me know.
