The crowd parted to let Jason pass as the Commandant had just called his name, He walked forward as if in a dream or even as if he was watching himself from above. It was unreal after so many years he was finally paasing out from the Academy as top of his class. The lessons he had learned added to his natural ability as a pilot had helped him to become the Officer he wanted to be.

The recent incident on a training mission where they had been an accident and the instructor had been knocked out had led to him taking command. The Medical cadets had kept the instuctor alive and he had managed to get the runabout out of the planets hostile atmospheric storms.

He walked upto the commandant and reached out to shake his hand and take his graduation papers with a smile on his face.
