Ok guys so let me give you some behind the scenes here.

I just started a new job and my life went kind cockeyed for about a week or two. I was up by 6 and in bed by 10 with no more than a few min downtime so... no posting.

I offered to resign but several CLOs requested I remain active in whatever administrative capacity I could. So we have decided to give the CO position to James and Naira has been gracious enough to step up into the XO slot from the Disco. She is fantastic and I can't think of a better person to do so.

I will kind of be double teaming the CO role with James. With my admin duties I sometimes get taken away from it so James will be running the day to day. IC Constance will be the admiral on board (basically doing fleet things) and James will be the CO running the actual ship. Hopefully my schedule will not be SUPER nuts and things will settle down but now we have a fantastic support structure for the ship.
