Character Bio:
T'Prina was a quiet child, very much concerned with her studies. She pursued knowledge wherever it was offered, be it the unladen airspeed velocity of off planet birds, languages many centuries dead, or even hand to hand combat techniques. Unfortunately T'Prina and her family did not see eye to eye on the subject of her betrothed. Rather than submit to a mate she did not find suitable, she convinced him the only logical choice was for him to reject her. The only other option leading to his inevitable death at her hands. Understandably, she left for Earth posthaste, and maintains a precarious relationship with her family.

Sample post:
Years spent amongst humans had probably changed her. T'Prina reflected back to her days on Vulcan. Her studies though varied, hadn't quite prepared her for the constant onslaught of illogical human emotions. It really was a wonder they had accomplished so much with so many distractions. Perhaps she was a bit prone to irritation when interrupted from her work, human as that emotion was. It was only to be expected. Rational even.
Earth and its people had been a welcome escape from her life on Vulcan. She found the humans she worked with much more accepting of her quirky nature. As much of a refuge as it had been though, her inquisitive nature propelled her onwards. Joining Starfleet Academy was a logical choice. Exposure to new cultures and experiences would broaden her education considerably. Even if actually socializing with said cultures was something of a bother.
She recalled a certain Andorian who considered her something of a friend. He was occasionally amusing with his long tangents about his ancestors. According to some sources, making social attachments helped one to become a more well rounded individual. She made a face but also noted in her PADD to keep in touch with him. At any rate, he might come in handy if she needed a background in Andorian history.
