So I've been reading the posts, and I'm excited to write with such a great crew.  Just a few things to note.

1. We are transporting pathogens which are live viruses, not chemicals

2. There is really no way that they can fall into the wrong hands without strict codes held by several high ranking officials.  They are all sealed. (If they could be stolen the robbers would be vulnerable to the pathogens themselves.  Really risky and not worth it...)

3. They are being brought to the Columbus for incineration, complete destruction.

Little miscommunication here on my part

All DHs received pms reflecting their roles for the mission

Tritter is to oversee and guard the pathogens when they arrive

They are not chemicals

Jamie, I didn't CC you on these PMs but feel free to consult the mission notes I emailed you yesterday for story details.

I like to leave you all room to improvise. It's worked out well so far. But please run by any earth shattering or plot altering stuff past Dan or I.

Excellent posts all around!

In particular, I loved Dan's post just now. Engineering doesn't have much to do right now, so he thought outside the box. I'd encourage you all to do the same. I improvise a lot off the cuff and I'd love to see this kind of culture take hold on the Columbus.
