Season One
Mission 1

Title: The Faces of Trajedy

Synopsis: While on course to a medical conference on Trill the Tempest receives a distress call from Starbase 621, located on the Tzenkathi homeworld. The galaxy class vessel races to the scene to find the station immersed in an intense battle, not only for their station but, for their lives.

Mission 2

Title: The Puppeteer

Synopsis: The crew awakes on a seemingly desolate world. Jagged cliff faces and rocky ravines stretch far into the horizon. They have no recollection of the circumstances that brought them to this barren wasteland. Each crewmember has a phaser and a tricorder. As they begin to explore the new setting they quickly discover that they are not alone.

Mission 3

Title: The Price of Progress

Synopsis: While investigating an unstable star the Galaxy vessel starts getting strange readings from a small planet in the stars' orbit. As they move in to investigate the Greek symbol for the letter "OMEGA" appears on the screen of every console aboard the ship.

Mission 4

Title: The Generational Factor
Author: William Waring

Synopsis:During a routine survey of an uncharted system, a ship drops out of warp dangerously close to the Tempest's Starboard Nacelle, missing it by only meters. Oddly the ship matches to that of the Tempest in every way except that it looks run down from many years without a Starbase Drydock. Communications are established and all the crew look familiar. Too familiar.

Mission 5

Title: Trial by Fire

Synopsis: Confrontation with Tzenkethi rebels reaches a boiling point when Starbase 621 successfully apprehends one of the movements leader and thwarts a new plot. The terrorists liberate their comrade and the Galaxy class ship gains permission to track the small fighter into Tzenkethi space.

Mission 6

Title: Shattered Mirror
Author: James H Hawk

Synopsis: While surveying a nebula, a subspace rift is opened in scanning range of the Tempest. Once the crew investigates they find the Mirror Universe counterpart of the Tempest. After a brief battle with the Mirror Tempest, communications are established and it is discovered that the Terran Empire has been defeated by the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance and the Tempest is a part of the Terran resistance aimed at restoring the Terran Empire. The Mirror Tempest claims that the Klingon-Cardassian alliance has plans for an invasion of the Prime Universe and a vanguard fleet is soon to come. The ISS Tempest agrees to help the USS Tempest against the Mirror Alliances invasion in exchange for the Prime Universe assist the Terran resistance regain power in the Mirror Universe.

Mission 9

Title: By the Light of Helaspont

Synopsis: While investigating the Helaspont Nebula the crew of the Tempest discovers faint transmissions being emitted from deep inside a previously unexplored section of the Nebula. What mysteries will the Nebula unlock?

Mission 10

Title: Call to Arms

Synopsis: Months of conflict come to a head in an altercation that stands to determine the fate of the entire Sector and possibly could have ramifications for the Federation as a whole.

I tried to give you an overview without any spoilers. Suffice it to say our arch will play itself out and there will be story elements of the overall arch threaded into several missions.
