I tried to isolate the face and plant it in a different background that might be more setting appropriate.  In this case, I stuck it on a publicity photo of Picard in dress uniform.  But I'm not much of a photoshopper, so the result may not be to your liking.  Let me know if you prefer I just keep the original photo as-is and shrink it to fit.
