New Promotion Criteria
Greetings,

As you all know, discussions have been taking place about some new promotion criteria coming into effect.

Those criteria are now in effect, and can found in the Promotion Help File.

The new criteria takes effect immediately. This is simply a trial run at the moment.
This is to help people avoid getting bored quickly with the fleet.
