Season Four of the USS Discovery SIMM

Mission 01: Non Compos Mentis   17th March - 21st March, 2008

The wedding ceremony of Aaron and Damiana is suddenly cut short when DS Discovery's power systems begin to fail. Investigating the matter, the crew find out that Rear Admiral Justin Arturo, has disabled the station's weapons and sensors and kidnapped Admiral O'Neill, escaping in one of the station's runabouts. It is up to captain Kawolsky and his crew to bring him back, before he hurts the Admiral...

Mission 02: The Return   22nd March - 25th March, 2008

Whilst cataloging gaseous anomalies in Sector 592, the Discovery intercepts a communication between two Romulan border stations. After hours of trying to crack the encryption, the crew learn of the message's content, and make a shocking discovery...

Mission 03: The Farthest Frontier, Part I   25th March - 15th April, 2008

After strange signals are received from deep space, Fleet Admiral O'Neill sends the newly commissioned, Akira class, USS Discovery to investigate. The Discovery and its crew prepare themselves for their first deep space assignment into the vastly uncharted areas of space...

Mission 04: The Farthest Frontier, Part II   17th April - 5th May, 2008

With the Sal'Tek fleet fast approaching, the USS Discovery is made battle-ready. Shields are brought online, phasers banks are fully charged, and all personnel rush to their stations. With the high stakes, and the threat of Sal'Tek invasion, the Akira class cruiser must deliver as much damage as possible, on the enemy fleet. Outnumbered and outgunned, the crew prepare for combat...

Mission 05: The Order (1)   6th May - 23rd May, 2008

Tension on Cardassia is at boiling point. The newly reformed government cannot cope with the riots incited by Cardassian Rebels; on the streets, order is breaking down and to make matters worse the rebels have begun attacks on the Cardassian shipping lanes. In response, the Discovery is sent to provide relief supplies to Cardassia but before they can do so, the crisis escalates and the planet has to be evacuated. The Discovery, the only Starfleet ship in the area, must protect the civilian ships as they make their escape...

Mission 06: Safehaven (2)   23rd May - 4th June, 2008

Cardassia is in a state of civil war. The Rebels have taken over Cardassia Prime and are sweeping into nearby systems. Meanwhile, a plan to set up a provisional government on a planet codenamed "Safehaven", has been hatched. The Discovery, along with the USS Atlantis, is tasked with escorting the remaining civilian population and government officials to the planet, on the edge of Cardassian space, a long way from home...

Mission 07: Battlefront (3)   4th June - 12th June, 2008

It has been four weeks since the rebels occupied Safehaven, and tensions among the crew are high. With nearly 5,000 people still left on the planet, including half of the Discovery's crew, a plan must be hatched to save them. Meanwhile, on the surface, Major Ransom leads a ragtag fighting force of Cardassian settlers and Discovery Marine Corps personnel, in the hopes the rebels can be beaten back...

Mission 08: Discovery   15th June - 1st July, 2008
After detecting an unknown warp signature on the edge of Sector J-59, the Discovery sets a course. Upon arrival at J-59A, they find a small craft with just one occupant. After further investigation, it turns out that the "Telonians" have just broken the warp barrier, and it is up to the Discovery crew to initiate first contact...
Mission 09: Mirror Image   2nd July - 27th July, 2008

A period of revolution has struck the mighty Terran Empire. The crew of the battlecruiser "Vengeance" is sent on a worthy mission to quash the inferior, rebellious scum once and for all. If they return victorious, their names will be revered for all of time. If they fail, they will be dealt with swiftly and without mercy, for failure is NOT an option...

Mission 10: Departure, Part I   24th August - 26th September, 2008

While docked at Deep Space Discovery, the starship Discovery is assigned a dangerous new mission, one that will adversely affect things to come...
