"Okay, see you there" Said John as he Looked at Alan one more time and mumbed something then walked off as he walked he got an glims of larson walking by

[15 minutes later]

Scott appeared on the bridge, he saw john sitting in the command chair, and mike at the ops console.

" Report Mr Brown. "

*Safi Whent and sat next to Alan*

" Keep searching. Mr Linderholm, whats the status of tactical systems? "

" I've got a reading, bearing 117, mark 231. Could be our target sir. "

Alexander pressed a button on the LCARS console to bring up the weapons status. "Phasers are fully operational, several torpedoes are loaded into the torpedo launchers and ready to launch if the Discovery were under attack." Alexander said.  He double checked to see if his eyes weren't lying to him. He was having some trouble focusing at anything, his mind racing about random things.

[Michael Goodwin]

" I've got a reading, bearing 117, mark 231. Could be our target sir. "

Michael spun around quickly to face the rest of the bridge, and specifically, the commander.
"Should I set a course?" He asked.

[Scott Bradley]

Alexander pressed a button on the LCARS console to bring up the weapons status. " Good. Keep them offline just now, but at the ready. "

" Make it so, take us there, half impulse. "

"Yes sir." Michael said and he tapped a few buttons and disengaged the external dampeners. He began moving the ship slowly then increased until the ship reached half impulse.
"Half Impulse. ETA, five minutes." Michael said.

He then went to a whisper so that only he could hear himself, "Come on girl. Don't let me down. Smooth ride."

Brack had gone back to his quarters to clean up. The Commander had been practising indeed. He was covered in sweat and was desparate for a sonic shower. Luckily he wasn't on duty for another few hours.

"Confirmed. Sensors are picking up a contact. Unable to distinguish any further details but it's likely to be the station"  he reported
