Both were also former members of Starfleet – John as a Lieutenant Commander who spent his final 2 two in Starfleet aboard the USS Knightsbridge as ship’s Senior Counselor; and Marjean at the Starfleet Academy as Professor of exobiology-Xenobiology.

Mykel and Darrian attended Wells Town’s H.G. Wells Elementary and Middle School. As did Mykel closest friend, T’Chela Silvera, a Human-Vulcan hybrid whose parents were also the neighbors and dearest friends of John and Marjean.

Mykel and Darrian were 12 years old when their parents were killed in a freak accident – the particulars of which were ruled Classified by Starfleet. They were adopted by their mother’s twin sister, Nicole Quinteros – an Ambassador with the Federation Diplomatic Corps, and moved back to Earth to Sunnyvale, California.

Both Mykel and Darrian traveled extensively as children of a working ambassador and it was during his travels that Mykel discovered his knack for languages – he is fluent in Vulcan, Klingon, Betazoid, Andorian. He also acquired a love for the restoration of vintage airships (from several cultures) and a taste for tobacco. . .specifically Earth manufactured cigarttes.

It was during one of his trips with his aunt/adopted mother that Mykel found an old book in a backstreet book store, on Wrigley’s Pleasure Planet, written by former Admiral Pavel Chekov chronicling one of his legendary adventures while a member of the equally legendary USS Enterprise NCC-1701 under Captain James T. Mykel,

A wonderful application!

I have an open Security/Tactical spot on the Tempest.

And I can have you Officer Training Class start right away if you like.

Please let me know if both are acceptable to you.

Sincerely,

Kirok

Hello Kirok,

The Officers Training is definitely acceptable. I'm ready. And the Tempest is cool, but if it's possible, could I be assigned to the same ship as Maxine Dainshire (if a Tac position is open there, that is). We've been friends and writing together at Megiddo for a long time. If it's not possible, it's not a problem and the Tempest will be fine.

Thanks in advance.

Mykel,

That is a strong possibility (putting you on the Columbus).

I need to check with one person before give a definitive answer though.

As soon as I get a reply from an email I just sent, I will let you know.  Till then, you are welcome to hang out in our 'Milky Way' area.

Kindly,

Kirok
